Added in 2021:600T/D pure wastewater recovery system. The 2022 new ultrafiltration renovation is under construction.

Process

Grinding Wastewater Quality:

Turbidity, 1000-5000NTU, conductivity less than 100us/cm, ceramic ultrafiltration membrane recovery more than 90%, system recovery more than 80%. The quality of the produced water is stable, and the service life of the ceramic film is more than 5 years.

  • PVDF polymer hollow fibers.
  • 3 year life typical for industrial water and wastewater.
  • Fiber breakage issues.
  • Suspended solids limited (<100NTU).
  • Lower recovery (90% typical).
  • Oxidant exposure limited.
  • pH limited (2-12 for CIP).
  • Very low FOG limits.
  • Organic materials have low wear resistance, easily scratchable, the quality of produced water is unstable.

Nanostone Ceramic UF CM-151ME

  • α -Aluminum oxide ceramic.
  • Typical >10 year life for industrial water & wastewater.
  • No fibers to break.
  • Higher suspended solids limit (>100NTU).
  • Higher recovery (>95% typical).
  • Higher oxidant exposure.
  • Wide pH range (1-13 for CIP).
  • High FOG tolerance (<100ppm).
  • Ceramic materials have high hardness, not scratchable, the quality of produced water is stable.

Treatment Process Introduction

The enterprise belongs to the basin around Taihu Lake, and the local discharge standards require zero nitrogen and phosphorus discharge. The entire wastewater treatment system is divided into waste liquid treatment system, wastewater treatment system, wastewater reuse treatment system, high brine recycling treatment system, MVR evaporation, and low temperature drying treatment system.

  • Waste Liquid Treatment System includes:
    Nickel containing waste liquid treatment, heavy metal waste liquid treatment, organic waste liquid treatment, alkali washing waste liquid treatment.
  • Wastewater Treatment System includes:
    Nickel wastewater treatment, heavy metal wastewater treatment, organic wastewater treatment, acid and alkali wastewater treatment, cyanide-containing wastewater treatment.
  • Wastewater Recycling System includes:
    Grinding waste-water recycling system, cutting waste-water recycling system, heavy metal waste-water recycling system, comprehensive waste-water recycling system.
  • Zero Discharge Treatment System includes:
    High salt wastewater reuse system, MVR low temperature evaporation, low temperature dryer treatment system. 


In order to shorten the process route and improve the system recovery rate, each recycling system uses ceramic ultrafiltration membrane as the pre-treatment of RO equipment, and the recovery rate of ceramic membrane is more than 90%.

MVR Flash Evaporation System

System Characteristics:
Waste liquid with high concentration of salt or heavy metal, the concentration can reach more than 35%.
According to the concentration of raw water and evaporation can reasonably determine the processing capacity.

Flash evaporation temperature is not higher than 85°C, the system automatic operation, long cleaning cycle, low energy consumption, easy cleaning, compact system, small footprint, easy maintenance, flexible disassembly, low labour intensity, low operating costs.

In 2022, the technology is being applied to the zero-discharge project of high-concentration salt and heavy metal wastewater in HT-tech. There is no any error until now.
